Critics call for great white shark's release

Why do we(hummans) do this?
I feel like this shark is thinking ‘why the heck am I in here? , im going to kill anything that touches me until my release!

Aquarium officials believe the 88-pound, 5-foot-3-inch shark attacked the smaller, slower animals only as a reflex when it bumped the other sharks, not in a predatory rage.

"Van Sommeran said the million-gallon tank where the shark lives "is really just a bucket. ... His nose is raw from repeated contact with the barrier walls.
"This animal is injured and becoming agitated," he said.

The gates look very nice in person New York, i honestly was not impressed with the pictures and hyped, UNTIL I got there it is amazing,..Christo and Jeanne-Claude sketches where on display(and for sell) also, it was interesting to see how they imagined the gates would look like and made it happen..very creative work!

I guess this is the only snow we are getting this winter!

My brother has recieved 40 years to life(proposed to his gf.) on xmas day ! :)..

i would say it took me only 3 full weeks to get the hang of hibernate and then intergrated in a project it with spring. Compared to a drilling 6-8 months to get on top of J2EE. The features of spring/hibernate compared to CMP using entity beans in an application server(JBoss) are numerous, one standout feature for me is use hibernate all the way, with entity beans the special sql grammer just plained sucked when i tried to make complex queries, i often found my self writing BMP's with SQL in it., not to mention performance... one thing that spring lacks is security, it is important to think of spring as the application framework only!, and drop it into a application server like JBoss, weblogic. the application server will be the 'server service provider'. Interesting note, i used xdoclet for both j2ee and hibernate.

I was at so much peace when I took this picture, it was the first vacation I've taken since graduating from school which was about 4 years ago..

Birthday Party.

Friends and sister cheryl gave me and my clone(twin, on the right) a suprise birthday party on oct. 19th, i hit my 29th birthday, 1 more year to go and its the big 3 0.
