up best friends.

2007 - Police called. SWAT team arrives. Johnny and Mark are
arrested and charged with assault. Both are expelled even though Johnny
started it.

Scenario: Jeffrey won't be still in class, disrupts other students.

violations.
Car is searched for drugs and weapons.

Scenario: Pedro fails English in high school.

college.

a living because he cannot speak English.

Fault Tolerance with Open Source and JVM Clustering

Fault Tolerance with Open Source and JVM Clustering
— Many in the Open Source community (including the camps following Tomcat, Geronimo, Struts, Spring, and Hibernate) have chosen to focus on solving problems of developer efficiency and software elegance, and are sometimes forced to leave production operating characteristics such as HA (high availability)/fault tolerance and central management control for future releases. Or, in some cases, the elegance of the framework stems from its lightweight nature and thus the user community as a whole can't be made to suffer the complexities of clustering and HA for the needs of the few.

Second in the world buddy..

Surprise, Surprise….My new position doesn’t require me to code as much as I use to...., so I found my self answer questions from fellow developers just before work, and sometimes in the evening on “TheServerSide”..to keep my “skills” sharp!

looks like I came in second in all posters in the world this week !!!! They should give out prizes…
...Over a million people come to this site..i wonder how many "views" this profile will get now???

It Is Better To Be Alone, Than In The Wrong Company

It Is Better To Be Alone, Than In The Wrong Company

Tell me who your best friends are and I will tell you who you are. If
you run with wolves, you will learn how to howl. But, if you associate
with eagles, you will learn how to soar to great heights.

"A mirror reflects a man's face, but what he is really like is shown by
the kind of friends he chooses." The simple but true fact of life is
that you become like those with whom you closely associate - for the
good and the bad. The less you associate with some people, the more your
life will improve. Any time you tolerate mediocrity in others, it
increases your mediocrity. An important attribute in successful people
is their impatience with negative thinking and negative acting people.

As you grow, your associates will change. Some of your friends will not
want you to go on. They will want you to stay where they are. Friends
that don't help you climb will want you to crawl. Your friends will
stretch your vision or choke your dream. Those that don't increase you
will eventually decrease you.

Consider this: Never receive counsel from unproductive people. Never
discuss your problems with someone incapable of contributing to the
solution, because those who never succeed themselves are always first to
tell you how.

Not everyone has a right to speak into your life. You are certain to
get the worst of the bargain when you exchange ideas with the wrong
person. Don't follow anyone who's not going anywhere. With some people
you spend an evening: with others you invest it.

Be careful where you stop to inquire for directions along the road of
life. Wise is the person who fortifies his life with the right
friendships.

What’s with the "Pharaoh" obsession Jeryl?
All good programmers have a code name , Mine happens to be "Pharaoh"!..I’ve used the name "Pharaoh" to sign all code since the late 80s...while i sat in the basement programming in BASIC on my Tandy 2000. :). Posted by Picasa

When I was at Hampton U, the plan was to move to NY, of course I landed in D.C insteadI wanted to be in the big-city where everything is fast, everything. BUT...being in DC for over 6 years now, I am starting to re-think my next move .. also conversation with a friend of mine changed my mind..
...I came across a condo in Cali, San Diego why I have been starting at for like 15 minutes?? Im trying to imagine every morning waking up walking into my living room and seeing this review.

made it,..notice the sky? yes it started to rain after i snapped this one!, well another 45 minutes later I finally made it back, Neo greeted me at the door with "Where is my food?.." .

almost..

Luckily ever programmer must have a laptop(cell phone to internet hookup of course.) at all timesso I got hooked up and used mapquest to figure where I needed to go.sux to be me, because the road I needed to get to was a few miles through this

Ah well, it is a hybrid bike

I decided to take a sort-of short cut, back home through a street I knew existed a few years back their has been a lot of growth in the Charles county area, so they decided to remove some streets!(I guess I did not get the memo..) ..I rode at least 40 minutes to see this sightI had no idea which way to go..

10 miles!(technically 20miles i have to go back.

Made to Panera Bread in Wardorf , I only got beeped twice. However, I stopped by the Mall to buy some bike equipment it dawned on me suppose I have a flat! which has wireless, …anyway mapquest says it was 9miles I had to stop twice, because my legs where burning, I’m debating should I order my usual large white mocha(extra shot of course) and gain back the 300 or so calories burned on my trip up here .. Hopefully the ride back will be smooth… I know I am going to be very sore tomorrow, but no pain no gain.

Very active bike-site, given to me by the dude that sold me the bike.
http://bikeforums.net

I just brought a Marin Fairfax Performance Hybrid bike, its about 9am, I am going to ride my bike up to the bookstore and back(10miles), if u dont see another blog-post Im in a ditch.

final game board., check out the rook where his pawn was LOL.

However the dude on the right(black hat, white shirt) to advantage of his excitment on being focused on that side of the board....moved his rook back one a round, then
moved it to take out his pawn..which cost him the game!

see the rook where one of his pawns once was..

LESSON LEARNED TODAY: "Don't talk about it, just do it!"

"..I got 3 on the man up!"

Walking around DC yesterday after meeting a friend of lunch..spotted into a very intense chess game happening on 16th..

"I got three on the man up!,....You see...I got three on the man up!..."
dude on the left in green repeated this i think like 20 times, while sipping on something in a bag..he was referring to 3 pawns on that attack to be made a queen....

The FBI computer upgrade that wasn’t

"SAIC was at fault because of the usual contractor reluctance to tell the customer, 'You're screwed up. You don't know what you're doing. This project is going to fail because you're not managing your side of the equation,' " said Kay, who later became the chief U.S. weapons inspector in Iraq. "There was no one to tell the government that they were asking the impossible. And they -weren't going to get the impossible."
-from Article.

How can you possibly get to the final delivery with more than half of the functionality not there/tested?

This project I am sure did not require 200 developers, after all it said only 700k of code was produced.

"You know all those security scenarios we ran through? We're smack in the middle of one we didn't think of."
I bet this movie will be the best of the summer, I am headed to see it

People come in your life for a reason.

PEOPLE  COME INTO YOUR LIFE FOR A  REASON

  • People  come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. When you know which  one it is, you will know what to do for that person.

  • When someone is in your  life  for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They  have come  to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance  and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a  godsend and they are. They are there for the   reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or  at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes  they  act up and force you to take a stand. What we must realize is that  our need  has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done.  The  prayer you sent up  has been answered and now it is time to move on.

  • Some  people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has come to share, grow  or learn. They bring you an experience  of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never  done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it, it is real. But only for a season.

  • LIFETIME  relationships teach you lifetime lessons, things  you must build upon in order to have  a solid emotional foundation. Your  job is to accept the lesson,  love the person and put what you  have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your  life. It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.  a friend of mine sent this to me.

This is why we are not going to make it.
Where is the ATF?? because i can't believe this is legal.
